Choosing the correct ring size can be challenging, especially when ordering online. If your ring does not fit properly on arrival, whether it is too large or too small, we will get you into the right size.

Perfect Fit Guarantee, free size exchange

Within 60 days of delivery we exchange your ring for a different size. The replacement ring itself is free: you never pay the price of a second ring, and if your ring was engraved, the engraving is reproduced on the new one at no extra charge.

A flat shipping and handling fee of $19.90 per ring applies to each size exchange. It covers return postage, inspection, repackaging and express dispatch of the new size, and it is charged once we confirm your exchange and before the new ring ships. The ring must be unworn and undamaged.

Every ring ships with a free size adjuster, so in many cases you can wear it comfortably right away, and you can still wear it while an exchange is on its way.

Damaged, defective or wrong ring

If the ring you purchased arrives damaged or defective, we replace it for free under our Lifetime Warranty, with no shipping or handling fee. The same applies if we shipped the wrong size or the wrong model: we cover that exchange in full.
