1. You must submit the return request within 90 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 90 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 10 business days once we receive the return item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Ring Size & Damaged Ring Warranty

If the ring you purchased doesn't fit properly or arrives damaged, we've got you covered with our comprehensive Ring Size & Damaged Ring Warranty. We offer resizing for an affordable fee of $19.90, no questions asked, to ensure you get the perfect fit every time. For resizing needs after 120 days, a $30.00 deductible will apply. Please note that our warranty does not cover lost rings. To utilize this warranty, please contact us at with your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll guide you through the process. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your case is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
