Returns & Exchanges

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hoursf at Service@MythologyTitans.com with:

  • Details of the product
  • Description and photos of the defect

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for defective items. Once your case is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (note: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank regarding processing time.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at Service@MythologyTitans.com.

Shipping

Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Timing

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

High-Value Items

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
