Every Cleopatra's Treasures order is packaged with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest fulfillment center so you receive your piece as quickly as possible.

Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking is automatically synced to your order confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, it simply means the parcel hasn't been scanned into the carrier system yet, it's on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@cleopatras-treasures.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund immediately, no return required.
