Refund Policy
We want every Cleopatra's Treasures purchase to feel right. If it doesn't, here's how we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@cleopatras-treasures.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please check your bank account and contact your card provider, processing times vary. If you're still waiting, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund with no return required.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for refund only if they arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. Custom or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.
