Unique men's wedding bands trade the plain gold or silver band for something with character: meteorite, whiskey barrel oak, deer antler, opal, a real guitar string or Damascus steel, set into a hard-wearing tungsten band. Every ring here is named for a figure from myth, so the band you choose carries a story as well as a look.

- Opal and abalone: flashes of color, as in Mjolnir and Ragnarok.
- Guitar string and fishing line: for the musician or the angler, as in Harmonia and Mariner.

A band with a story
Each design takes its name from myth: Norse gods like Thor and Odin, Greek figures like Hades, and Egyptian deities like Anubis. Browse our Viking & Norse rings or read about Viking & Norse wedding rings.
Built for daily wear
Most of our unique bands are made on tungsten carbide, which resists the everyday scratches that dull gold and silver. The inlay sits in a channel in the band, protected by the metal around it. Clean with warm water and mild soap and dry with a soft cloth.
Width, engraving and fit
8mm is the classic men's width; 6mm is lighter and suits slimmer fingers or a matching pair. Engraveable rings take up to 60 characters inside the band. Tungsten can't be resized like gold, so check our size guide; if the ring doesn't fit, we exchange it for a different size within 60 days of delivery.
Unique wedding bands FAQ
What makes a men's wedding band unique?
An inlay or a material you rarely see in a traditional band: meteorite, wood, deer antler, opal, a real guitar string or Damascus steel. Our bands are also each named for a figure from Greek, Norse or Egyptian myth.
Are unique wedding bands durable enough for daily wear?
Most of our unique bands are built on tungsten carbide, one of the hardest materials used in jewelry, with the inlay set into a channel in the band. Take the ring off for heavy lifting, contact sports and long swims.
Can I engrave a unique wedding band?
Yes. On engraveable rings you can add up to 60 characters inside the band, such as a date, initials or a short message.
What if the ring doesn't fit?
We exchange it for a different size within 60 days of delivery, and every ring ships with a free size adjuster.
