Try your ring at home. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The ring must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Wrong size? We do exchange it. The replacement ring itself is free, for as long as you need it: you never pay the price of a second ring, and there is no limit on how many size exchanges an order is entitled to within the 60-day window.

A flat shipping and handling fee of $19.90 per ring applies to each size exchange. This fee is not the price of the ring. It covers return postage, inspection, re-polishing where needed, repackaging and express dispatch of the new size, and it is charged once we confirm your exchange and before the new ring ships. The fee is per ring exchanged, so an order of two rings exchanged at the same time carries a $19.90 fee for each of them.

To start an exchange, contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you the return instructions. The ring must be unworn and undamaged. Every ring also includes a free size adjuster, so you can wear it right away while your exchange is on its way.

No fee applies when the mistake is ours: if the ring you received is not the size or the model you ordered, or if it arrives defective, we cover the exchange in full, shipping included.

Lifetime Warranty

Every MythologyTitans ring is covered for life against manufacturing defects: cracking, breaking, inlay coming loose, or plating failure under normal wear. If this ever happens, contact us with photos and we will repair or replace the ring at no cost to you, shipping included. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, damage caused by resizing or repairs done by a third party, or cosmetic wear such as light surface scratches from everyday use.

Engraved and personalized items

Engraved rings qualify for the size exchange and the lifetime warranty on the same terms as every other ring, including the $19.90 per ring shipping and handling fee on a size exchange. Your engraving is reproduced on the replacement ring at no extra charge. Because they are made for you, engraved rings can be refunded only if they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost, with no shipping or handling fee.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace the order or refund it in full. Shipping Protection itself is a service and is not refundable once the order has shipped.

Free gifts and promotions

Free items included with your order, such as the Premium Gift Box, should be returned together with a refunded ring. A size exchange does not affect your free gifts or your Buy 1 Get 1 discount, and you keep them. When a Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off order is partially returned, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid for each item.
