Shipping Policy
Every MythologyTitans order ships free and fully tracked. Delivery times depend on where your ring is going, so find your country below.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, ship within 24 hours on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Custom engraved rings need a little extra time to prepare before they ship.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships and do not include time spent in customs.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: domestic orders carry no import duties.
- United Kingdom: VAT and any import charges are either collected at checkout or by the carrier on delivery, depending on how your parcel is cleared.
- Australia: GST may be charged at checkout or by customs, depending on the order value.
- Canada: GST/HST and any import duties may be collected at checkout or by the carrier on delivery.
Tracking your order
As soon as your ring ships we email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it.
Delivery issues
- Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Delays caused by customs, severe weather or the carrier are outside our control, but we will always help you chase your parcel.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a re-shipping fee may apply.
